Student Residence Prague 3
Prague Residence 3 was another challenge for Nabuko, which met investors expectations. Nabuko as a contractor party supported investor in the acquisition process, reconstruction and furnishing the apartments. The building is being used as a student residence, located in Prague 3, being close to city centre, University of Economics and University of Jan Kamensky. The building was reconstructed and redesigned to meet the standards and needs for student accommodation. We have supported and coordinated all the activities between the investor and governmental institutions to fulfil and respect norms and legislation in construction sphere.
