Costa Coffee Residence. The building has more than 2500 square meters and Nabuko’s goal was to reconstruct it and adapt to a residence for room sharing. According to the technical norms and architecture of the ground floor we have found a perfect solution for our investor by renting it to a well known coffee chain – Costa Coffee. The upper levels are used as a student residence.
